Issue with the transfer market on the web app, but not on FC 27.

Good evening. I have access to the transfer market in the game FC27; I’ve played matches, I’ve had my account since 2025, and I played FC26 and FC25 actively. Despite this, I don't have access to the transfer market on the Web App, even though I’ve never received any in-game sanctions.
