Recurring connection issues

I am experiencing recurring disconnections from EA servers in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on Xbox Series X. Every time I start FC 27, I initially receive a message saying that the connection to EA servers has been interrupted. After several attempts, it eventually connects. During Division Rivals matches I do not disconnect and Xbox Live remains connected, but very often immediately after the final whistle I am disconnected from EA servers and returned to the Ultimate Team menu. The same issue occurred in FC 26 and has become increasingly frequent over the last few months. My Xbox NAT is Open and EA Connection Quality Report shows good network quality. One affected match had 29.35 ms ping, 0.83 ms jitter, 0.03% packet loss and an 86/100 score. My Sanctions History is clean. Please check my account and server-side logs for an Ultimate Team session issue.

If I will not solve, I will ask for a full refund.
