Здравствуйте всем!Исчезли деньги со счета!Помогите разобраться.

I bought 15,000 fc points (screenshot attached), and there was still some money left in my account. In short, my account now has about 17,000 fc points and 20,000 gems. I checked everything this morning and the amount was fine. I logged into the game at lunchtime, and the gems were still there, but the fc points were gone. I had 20 fc points left. Can anyone help me figure this out and get my fc points back?
