Обмен TOTY

I cant add 115 card  Luis Diaz to UTOTY  Exchange. I know that this card is Honorable Mentions but card the same event TOTY. Also i can't add 115 UTOTY Haalland to Exchange 117 any card of UTOTY. Please make this possible to add this cards to exchange because I don't know what to do with this cards.
