Эмблема

I've completed two Emblems. The first is from Festive Matches, and the second is from Glorious Eras. Both Emblems are fully completed to level 3. They should give me +2 OVR, bringing my OVR to 122, but these Emblems aren't giving me +2 OVR, leaving me with 120 OVR. What should I do?
