FC Mobile account disappeared after a confirmed compromise and recovery

Hello everyone,

I am posting here as a last attempt to understand whether anything else can be done regarding my FC Mobile account.

A few days ago my account was compromised by an unauthorized user. I contacted EA Support and successfully recovered access to my EA account. My password was changed and the case was handled under reference #248162978.

After the recovery, everything appeared normal. On June 3, I logged into FC Mobile, played on my account, and even took screenshots of my squad. The account was definitely active and accessible that day.

Later the same day, when I logged in again using the same EA account, FC Mobile started a completely new profile and tutorial.

New UID: 1114521088133394432

A friend was no longer able to find my original account in-game.

I contacted EA Support again. The account compromise, the UID change, and the possibility of account deletion or changed bindings were discussed. Unfortunately, I was ultimately informed that the account could not be restored.

What makes this situation difficult to understand is that the account was active only hours before it disappeared, and this happened shortly after a confirmed security incident.

I am not asking anyone to bypass policies or make exceptions. I would simply like to know whether there is any possibility for a final review of this case, or whether there are any additional steps available when an account disappears following a confirmed compromise.

Screenshots of the account and squad

Access to the EA account

The previous support case reference

Any advice from EA staff, moderators, or community members would be greatly appreciated.
