Urgent: Are technical staff problem solvers or psychological pressure enforcers?
Does anyone else have issues with scripted games or connecting their account to an EA Account and Play Games? Please don't forget to leave your comments and share your experiences below.
For several days now, I have been seeking technical and practical assistance from FC Mobile Support because I am unable to link my game profile (UID: 1087005847972945920) to an EA Account or Play Games.
I provided all the information they requested. However, they began stalling and attempted to exert psychological pressure by using bot profile attacks and scripted games to divert my attention from the original issue. When this failed, they tried to escape the situation by claiming it was technically impossible to link my account to an EA Account or Play Games.
In response, I escalated my request, demanding that a Senior Support Specialist or a Supervisor review my case. I asked for my application to be submitted with the following content:
"A formal request for practical assistance in linking my game profile to an EA Account or Play Games, and a formal complaint regarding the psychological pressure organized by technical staff through bot attacks and scripted games."
Despite this, I received yet another generic template response from a different technical staff member. Is anyone going to stop this mockery and actually help? Is there a single technical staff member capable of securing my profile by linking it to an EA Account or Play Games?
Furthermore, I demand that my account be removed from the "scripted games" list immediately.
