FC Mobile Update Required – No Update Button on Samsung Galaxy A05s

Hello EA Support,

I am unable to play EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy A05s. When I open the game, I receive the message: “An update is required to play this game. Please download the latest version.”

However, the Google Play Store does not show an update button. It only shows the Open button, and sometimes says my device is incompatible.

My phone meets the game's minimum hardware requirements, but I cannot access the latest version.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and explain why the update is not available for my device?
