60 FPS locked on Tecno Camon 40 (Helio G100) for a year — please optimize!

Hello EA Support and Developers,I am writing to report a lack of optimization for my phone model. I have been playing FC Mobile for a whole year on a Tecno Camon 40 (powered by MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate with 16GB RAM).The smartphone is powerful enough and runs other heavy games like PUBG Mobile perfectly at 60 FPS (Smooth/Extreme graphics preset). However, in FC Mobile, the 60 FPS option and High Graphics are completely locked. The game forces a 30 FPS cap, which causes heavy CPU overheating, severe lagging, and Wi-Fi connection drops during long sessions.My device has been out for a year, but it seems it is still missing from the game's hardware whitelist. Please update the graphic profiles and unlock 60 FPS for the Helio G100 processor in the next patch.Thank you!
