Subject: Missing "National Story" 3 Tokens

Hello. I have claimed the free "National Story" packs (Argentina, France, Germany, Spain) which were supposed to grant event tokens. However, my current balance is stuck at 1,225 tokens, which is not enough to claim the 1,500 token reward (Lamine Yamal).
It seems the tokens from the packs were not credited correctly to my account. Could you please check my account logs and add the missing tokens? I have attached screenshots of my current balance, the player's cost, and the packs as proof.
Additionally, if these packs were already counted correctly, could you please let me know how else I can obtain the remaining tokens needed to get the player?
