Time sync

Dear developers.

As a dedicated user - my EA account is Russia_Fire of your app for a long time (3 years at least) I ask with respect to your team to fix time sync in games. For instance: VS attack, my time is over, but my opponent still has time and as a result I lose. That's is not normal.  My level in VS attack is Champion FC 5, but if time sync was correct my level could be CH FC 1. 

Second: Does your team recieve complaints that user send you? I hope yes, because complaint is a key to your success.
