Cannot Unlink EA Account – Administrative Request

Hello,

I’m posting here because I have not been able to obtain clear assistance through standard support channels.

My EA account (AGUSV1) is currently sanctioned. I am not disputing the sanction and I am not requesting another appeal. I understand that the decision has already been reviewed and confirmed.

However, my request is purely administrative.

I would like to permanently and completely unlink all external platform accounts associated with this EA account, including:

• Xbox account
• PlayStation Network account
• Twitch account
• YouTube / Google account
• Amazon account

My intention is to permanently sever all ties with EA and fully terminate any association between my external accounts and EA services.

At the moment, the system prevents unlinking due to the sanction status. I understand this may be internal policy, but I would appreciate clarification on the following:

• Is it permanently impossible to unlink platform accounts from a sanctioned EA account?
• Is there any administrative process available to fully remove or disassociate connected third-party accounts?
• What options exist for users who wish to completely sever all external account connections?

To be clear, I am not requesting a review of the sanction. I am seeking guidance strictly regarding account management and the ability to disconnect third-party services.

Any clarification from EA staff or community managers would be greatly appreciated.
