Error trying to advance in my Manager Career Mode

I had already made good progress in Career Mode as River Plate's manager. I even managed to sign Messi and Alexis Sanchez, so I was really happy But now, every time I try to continue the story, the game crashes and kicks me out as a massive bug. I even paid for a month of PS Plus just to back up my save to the cloud, then deleted and reinstalled the game, which cost me over 100GB of my mobile data since don't have Wi Fi, and it still doesn't work. Is there any way to fix this without losing my save? I've already tried restoring licenses, clearing the cache, and rebuilding the database. I really don't know what else to do.
