Coach Abilities - TOO POWERFUL

Guys why are the coach abilities +9 boosts with zero sliders to adjust the impact? 

+7 last year was ridiculous but having +9 this year is even more ridiculous and legitimately ruins rosters and depth. Mid 70s overall players get game boosts into the high 80s now and it ruins the talent gap between teams and rosters. You need to either significantly reduce this to a cap at +5 or allow commissioners to determine the effectiveness (+3, 5, 7, or 9, etc) as our 32 user franchise is likely going to have to ban any of these boosts because they are extremely unrealistic
