Extra practice reps in pre-season:

What are the actual benefits? I don't see an xp reward or extra snaps taken and don't really notice anything as far as extra xp when upgrading players. Basically I'm looking for what the tangible benefit is. Also, does it benefit from the xp bonus for training camp loadout in weekly prep?
