Multiple issues with Franchise mode after just 1 day

I am the second year into my franchise. I have completely lost the ability to change my weekly strategy abilities. It would normally show up in the weekly hub but it’s now gone. In addition, even from the preseason, I have had “Scouting, Focus Player” in my Weekly Hub. Lastly, I have a defensive tackle who at the end of the previous season was contemplating retirement. I attempted to persuade him and it just puts me in an infinite loop. I have a permanent discussion with him now. It doesn’t even show me any dialogue, it just has the quotation marks with nothing between it. A new season has started and he is still not retired so I guess my pitch worked but I would like to have this discussion disappear and give me an actual answer. Fix your game. Every year we get the same unplayable garbage.
