Player Te'cory couch is not in the game

Me and my friend have been on madden franchise when we discovered that our favorite player Te'cory couch, wasn't in the game, i would like to try and get in contact EA to have this resolved so he is in the game, he is a Buffalo Bills Defensive back that is currently on the practice squad now, Please we need Te'cory in the game
