Team Builder Broken

In franchise when you use a team builder team to replace a current team it bumps your players up 1 year and gives them expiring contracts . EA PLEASE FIX THIS !!!

Not to mention the announcers constantly identifying the teambuilder teams as Chicago despite them being from another city. BIG TIME immersion killer.
