Ea help. Superstar mode. Corruption.

Please give it some attention. xMaxxEffortx is my gamertag and apparently since the patch, my whole ea online account i guess is corrupted. Cause I cant play an online game in superstar mode nor online h2h either. Please help. I was top 250 and now I cant even play. Please do something. I tried troubleshooting and nothing helps. Just keeps giving me unknown error.
