Can we please get an explanation as to why presentation and other cool items are better in franchise and not in superstar mode. It can’t be that hard to allow superstar users to see things like their year to year stats. Also, how about we let the openings of games play as long as they do in other game modes.
Also, where’s the captain patches or at least the acknowledgement when we complete that part of the journey.
It seems as though EA decided to silently remove those things in hopes that nobody would notice.
I’ve gone through 5 seasons of Superstar mode as a starting Quarterback and won 4 of 5 super bowl’s I’m pretty sure I outta have a captains patch by now. And yes Indianapolis uses them all season long for designated captains. Even during gameplay they talk about me being the captain of the offense this is EA NOT BEING EFFICIENT and just constantly copying and pasting this specific game mode year in and year out with minor tweak to make the majority overlooked these HUGE problems. I’m past captain by far on the “GOAT JOURNEY” list in fact I’m an “ALL-TIME GREAT”. Now I can live out never having cap space for 5 straight years… unlikely more likely a glitch/bug. And can deal with not being able to track individual season stats. I can even deal with not being able to see contract years remaining for every play before I try to make a trade or whatever. I can even deal with not being able to suggest trades or my front office to sign free agents because it’s super bugged out. But this seems to be very simple coding that they are choosing to overlook at this point. We’ve already had an update and EA is fully aware of this matter and they choose not to correct this issue.
STOP ADDING MORE AND MORE THINGS TO THIS MODE UNTIL YOU CAN CREATE A MODE WORTHY OF PLAYING!
I’m on the Lions and they for certain wear captain patches and I haven’t gotten one yet.
I agree 100% with every thing you said. Superstar mode should be just as fun if not more fun than dynasty in my honest opinion.
I’ve stopped trying to do trades in superstar or sign free agents because it doesn’t work that well.
I think it would be good to add the breaking news ticker to superstar to at least show when awards are won, trades and signings, injuries etc. Please make that mode feel real too.
