Superstar showdown

How do make everyone pay the money they pay for this game and they can’t even play a mode they got they game for. Everytime for 2 weeks now when I try to get into a game in just glitches out and sends me back to the lobby kind of ridiculous if you ask me. I bet ultimate team has no problems! If you guys actually took the time with superstar like 2k takes with my player you guys would have a way better game but all you guys care about is ultimate team because that’s where the money is but superstar could be the same but you guys obviously don’t care because every year somethings messed up with superstar all year.
