Auction house glitch

I placed Marcel Reece in the auction for 226,000 coins for 1 hour. The time expired and the card did not sell, but for some odd reason in my item binder it still says that the card is still in the auction and I can’t retrieve the card until the auction is finished, but it’s been finished for the past 14 hours
