Auction house restriction

Since the purchase of the game I have not been able to purchase anything from the auction house. When an attempt is made, an error message pops up stating the limit has been reached for today and no other purchases can be made until the next day or if 6K yards are gained. Is there any way to report this or has a resolution been found?
