Hey, folks
If you are still having an issue with the AH and any coins or content are still stuck, or not received in your wallet, we need you to first run through the following if it has been more than 24 hours.
- Update the game: Make sure it's fully up to date. For PC players, run a repair and verify the integrity of the files.
- Restart the Game: Sometimes your local game client just needs a sync. Close out of Madden completely, then restart it to force your coin balance and binder to refresh. Go back into UT so it connects back to the server.
- Check Unopened Packs: Double-check your Binder and your Unopened Packs menu, as won Auction House items will sometimes be routed directly there without triggering a pop-up notification.
- Wait 24 Hours: It can take up to 24 hours for the servers to process delayed transactions and for missing coins or items to officially appear in your inventory. Which has already happened.
- Generate a new lineup: Generate a new lineup, back out, and back in. Check the binder and sort it to see all your content.
- Purchase a small AH listing: This will generally trigger the server sync and reboot the game.
Once those steps have been performed, and it has been more than 24 hours, provide us with the following
- EA ID:
- Steam ID
- Platform:
- If console, which console generation do you have?
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?
- Date/time of occurrence? When did it expire, sell out, or get outbid, etc? Be specific
- Before or after maintenance?
- What type of issue do you have?
- Summarize your bug as specifically as you can:
- Have you generated a new lineup?
- Name of the AH listing:
- Amount: What was your bid, your selling price, your purchase price, etc.?
- Screenshot of your listing or purchase showing expired, won, etc.
