Can’t take ability’s off Josh Allen LTD to sell him

I pulled the new Josh Allen 90 overall LTD I then put abilities on him to see what I could get before I sell him cause he doesn’t fit my theme team. After putting a Xfactor on it kicked me out of MUT and every time I try to click on the card it kicks me out of MUT and since there is a ability on him I can’t sell him cause I can’t take it off. since this has happened the card has went down 2.5 mil in value. I want the issue resolved and reimbursement in some sort of way!
