DeSync Error

I was in a playoff game on madden 27 on playstion 5 and it said that I was "desynced" and that no stats would count towards the game and it would not count as a loss however it counted as a loss and my playoff run was done. I want this fixes.

    Facts happens on cfb 27 h2h as well heard the desync issues is alot more prevalent on the ps5 how has ea not fixed this yet is beyond me
