Disconnects

I have already posted and I didn’t get any help. I am gonna post this again until it gets fixed. I have a wired connection have already tired the “troubleshooting” and didn’t work this is the only game I have this issue with. It keeps on happening constantly and the team doesn’t seem like they care about fixing it anytime soon even tho I was told by a ea help agent that it will get fixed soon, but as I see it constantly happens I highly doubt it will. Here’s the photos of prove from today. I have lost 20+ games cause of this. They keep thinking it’s a problem on my end instead of taking responsibility and accountability of the problem with there game and actually fixing it. Really frustrating very disappointing in my purchase of madden this year as this game it currently unplayable with this sever issue.
