EA Help Chat Refused to Escalate Known Most Feared Evo Bug

I just spent hours in EA Help chat about the Most Feared Evo / dynamic upgrade bug that EA publicly acknowledged on October 16. Usually the issue is a ticket created to track the accounts affected, The agent told me they “did everything they could,” that posting about it won’t do anything, and then asked if there was “anything else” they could help with.

This is a known bug. EA already posted the workaround. The workaround itself errors out the second you try to remove the Evo. Multiple cards (Terry McLaurin and others) are completely unusable. I cannot open them, upgrade them, or play with the team I made.

By the time this is fixed, the Most Feared campaign and limited-time content will be over. I’m locked out of rewards and upgrades I already spent money trying to get. Support’s response was essentially “we can’t help, and complaining about it publicly won’t matter.”

Has anyone actually gotten through to someone who could escalate this, or are we all just stuck until the campaign ends? This is exactly why people stop spending/playing.

    To be fair... This has been going on for like 4-5 days. Everyone knows about it. It's ALL. over the forums and X. It's kinda your fault for being unaware. Not making excuses for EA. But maybe have some awareness about what's going on in the game.

    **bleep** is **bleep** stupid bro refund the **bleep** money spent 3 million on nighttrane didn’t know it was a bug they didn’t tell anybody or put it in the **bleep** main menu now I can’t use him or even open my binder by the time they fix the **bleep** the players are gonna be worthless. - DDemohz
