GMM Twitch Whisper Blocked - brettnsilvia09

Hello EA Community Team,

On Oct 8th 2026 I won on Good Morning Madden (GMM) Twitch giveaway, but the official EAMaddenNFL account has a privacy block enabled on their whispers ("This user has turned on 'Block Whispers from strangers'").

Because of this Twitch glitch, the text box is locked and I am completely unable to reply to the bot with my console and gamertag information.

My Twitch username is: brettnsilvia09

Could a community manager or stream moderator please help me open a corridor or let me know the secure way to submit my console and gamertag details?

Thank you!
