Most Evos in MUT 27 cannot be moved to a different player after they have been applied

Did you check under "available"? That's where they should be if you've removed them. 

I think I am experiencing the same issue. I removed a 32 Team Chemistry token from one player before listing him on the Auction House, and I already had another 32 Team Chem token available.

After removing the 32 Team Chem evo token from the player, I expected to have two evo tokens available but I only have one now.

EDIT: I've found the missing 32 Team Chem Evo token. It's in the "AVAILABLE" tab, not "STORE" tab.
