Jalen Thompson Epic Challenge

is anybody else experiencing and issue where it says don't allow first down, but even when you don't it still fails you? I've kept them from a first down 3 times in a row and it keeps not allowing me to get the star for completing the challenge. I'm on Xbox series X and I first experienced this 8/22/2026
