Ive been playing MUT since this game came out and have been dealing with the same issue of lagging outs Twice today and many previous times I will randomly lag out of a game just on madden my playstation will stay connected to the internet and take a loss for in my H2H seasons which has constantly been demoting me. It happened twice today in the 2 games I have played which demoted me out of the ranking I had. Please fix this it has been going on for way to long.
I’m experiencing constant disconnects in Madden 27 Ultimate Team H2H Ranked and Seasons on PS5. Every game runs perfectly with no lag until I suddenly get disconnected, usually around 10–20 minutes into the match. This has been happening since launch. MUT menus work perfectly and shorter games where opponents quit early are fine. I’ve already tried changing DNS, EA account settings and router settings with no success. My internet is stable and I never had this issue with previous Madden games. This is making MUT H2H practically unplayable and causing unfair losses. Please investigate and let me know if there’s a known fix.

With these disconnections, are they happening in H2H Season specifically? If so, can you get me a screenshot of the error you get when it happens, and how often it happens?

Literally every single online h2h game I play I lose connection in the first quarter it’s so frustrating
it happen in most of my MUT games.I think it’s just MUT.Its the same error.And the opponent don’t quit.Its just the servers.
me too man this been happen every since the game started.. and madden is being lazy to not fix it
It is the same error. It will randomly say I was disconnected and that no stats will be recorded then I take a loss for that game.

The same error or different errors?
Does the opponent quit?
