Thanks for the reply! I’ve just tried this and still the same outcome. I’ve also tried a full reinstall still no luck.
there seems to be stuck in a loop for the tutorial and there is no way to just get out of it. I’d love to share a video of it maybe this would be easier to see what I mean but it won’t let me post in here the video!.
I’ve been playing CFB27 ultimate team and previous madden perfectly fine so I highly doubt this would be an issue with my Xbox

Dunny0131 It may not be yours directly, but if it were the game itself, there would be a lot of players saying the same. It sounds like the game is still running in the background, but the MUT tutorial isn’t loading the Challenges screen after you reach the “Head to Challenges” step.
Will it let you access outside the tutorial? After a full reinstall, the only other console steps are: fully quit Madden from the Xbox dashboard, power cycle the console, and then clear the Alternate MAC address under Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings.
If this does not work, and you cannot get around that part, do you happen to have another profile you can test to launch it and see what happens?EA_Shepard When clicking ultimate team it takes me straight to the tutorial around the menus, so there’s no way to get outside of this. You are spot on games running in background it just won’t trigger to that next page essentially

Nope still does not work, this is what I see when clicking ultimate team.
as you can see it seems likes it’s stuck in that loop and there is no way out of it that I can see.
May I add, every single other aspect of the game works perfectly fine gameplay, h2h I just physically can’t get going on MUT because it’s stuck in this loop.
