QB1 Strategy Slot Completely Broken / Ghost-Locked After Unequipping Card

Has anyone found a workaround for a single strategy slot becoming permanently locked or unresponsive?

Here is what happened:

I had an Uncommon green QB strategy card equipped in the dedicated QB1 strategy slot.

I pulled the Rare blue Gunslinger card, so I unequipped the green card to make room.

Now, the QB1 slot locked completely. All other seven strategy slots work normally, but only the QB1 slot is dead.

When I click the QB1 slot, it either backs me out, freezes, or says no eligible items exist. I cannot equip the blue Gunslinger card, and I cannot even put the green card back in. Both are sitting in my binder unlocked.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already tried that did not work:

Hard reset the console and app.

Cleared console cache and rebuilt the database in Safe Mode.

Created a brand new lineup from scratch and tried Generate Best OVR.

Swapped head coach, visual uniforms, and offensive and defensive playbooks to force a strategy save.

Listed the green card on the auction house and canceled it to strip any hidden in-lineup tags.

Loaded into Solo Battles and Events to try to trigger an auto-fix roster error prompt.

Nothing has cleared it. The game seems to have ghost-locked that specific QB1 slot on the server side when the card was removed.

If anyone has run into this exact glitch and found an unconventional way to force that slot to reset, please let me know.
