Re: Auction House Stuck Expired and Delayed Items

I bought Ed Reed Crystal card yesterday, posted it for 3.1M for 8 hours, it did not get bought. But i can’t repost it, it says its in auction in my item binder. I went to my posted auctions and i can’t take it off because it says “auction has ended”

    Hey there,

    When it comes to the Auction House, I understand how it is with these player items and coins. We grind hard for that content, so we need it sooner rather than later to progress. The auction house itself has about a 24-hour or so window to process all transactions. Normally, that does not cause issues, but then there was maintenance. This could cause a delay.

    When the servers are catching up from maintenance, Auction House transactions can sometimes get backed up. Especially due to the number of them being processed. Since we do not have any information about the missing content, here are the steps to follow in these situations.

    • Wait 24 Hours: It can take up to 24 hours for the servers to process delayed transactions and for missing coins or items to officially appear in your inventory. Which has already happened.
    • Restart the Game: Sometimes your local game client just needs a sync. Close out of Madden completely, then restart it to force your coin balance and binder to refresh. Go back into UT so it connects back to the server.
    • Check Unopened Packs: Double-check your Binder and your Unopened Packs menu, as won Auction House items will sometimes be routed directly there without triggering a pop-up notification.
