Store missing feature section

Anyone else having issues with not seeing the Featured section on the store. It is not there to collect the 1 coin pack. I had it pop up once on Saturday around 2pm after not seeing it in the morning several times, and as soon as I was able to get the 1 coin pack the whole section disappeared. I have tried restarting the game and it is still missing. I went in and out of the store today several times and it was has not showed up at all. Ive noticed other columns not always seeing there as well at times one for sure was the Training section once.
