Title: Most Feared CPU event kicks me to the main menu every time

Every time I try to enter the Most Feared CPU event in Madden 27 Ultimate Team, I get this error:

“Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

The game then kicks me back to the main menu. I’m not being disconnected from EA servers entirely, and I can get back into Ultimate Team, but trying to enter the CPU event causes the same problem again.

I spent real money to access this event, and now I can’t play it or earn its rewards. This happens every time I attempt to enter, not just occasionally.

Can someone investigate what’s preventing access and explain how this can be resolved? Since the event is time-limited, I’d also appreciate clarification on compensation or an extension for the access we’re losing.
