Trapped spotlight tokens

51 Weekly Spotlight Tokens trapped after TOTY Winner Set changed from repeatable to non-repeatable

I previously completed the 65 Weekly Spotlight Token → TOTY Winner Token set when it was a repeatable set.

After completing it, I began the next repeat and deposited 51 of 65 Weekly Spotlight Tokens into the set. The game accepted those tokens because the set was repeatable at that time.

EA has since changed the set to Limit 1 / non-repeatable. On console the set now shows as REDEEMED, meaning I can no longer access or complete the second set. However, the Madden Companion App still shows my existing 51/65 progress, confirming that the 51 tokens remain assigned to that set.

These tokens were not accidentally discarded or submitted to a completed set. They were legitimately placed into an available repeatable set before EA subsequently changed its completion limit.

I am requesting that the 51 Weekly Spotlight Tokens be returned to my binder/account, or that the set be temporarily made accessible so they can be removed.

I have screenshots showing:

• the console version now displaying the TOTY Winner Token Set as REDEEMED;
• the Companion App showing the same set at 51/65;
• the 51 Weekly Spotlight Tokens still assigned to that set.
