I can’t play any sort of online play cause of **bleep** server issues payed 70 dollars to play not have it be buggy.
Hey folks
This issue has been fixed by the studio team, so at this time we are marking this one as resolved.
If you continue to run into server errors after today, please let us know what error message you are getting and in which mode.
Thanks!
Everytime i edit a player in anyway during online franchise, i get an error message saying SERVERS ARE BUSY and get kicked out to yhe main page. This is rediculous. I can edit players OFFLINE with no issues. This really sux when you have teambuilder teams you have to reload everytime to get back into your online franchise only to get booted again and again evertime you edit a player.
JUST MAKE TEAMBUILDER TEAMS USABLE IN OFFLINE MODE!
OR
FIX THIS.
Im having trouble login in my ea account and when I go back it says ea servers are down
Someone please help. I haven't been able to complete one solo challenge or other full games due to disconnecting from servers in the second quarter everytime. Tried ea help, useless. Powered down system and router, deleted and redownloaded game several times, no improvement. Anyone else having this issue?
Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Which platform are you playing on? Also, are you using a wired or wireless connection?
We also have this article with connection troubleshooting steps that may help.
Xbox series x. Connection is wireless but there is no other game having issues except madden. My speed is over 600
Community ManagerYour speed is fine, but that's not the issue. Wireless is unstable. So while it's handling that data quickly, it's not getting all of it. That's the packet loss. Unfortunately, as long as you remain on a wireless connection, this will continue. As a test, can you move close enough to use a wire to see if that makes a difference?
Seriously? I have been playing games including several maddens for years without a wired connection like most people with zero issues. This is the only game having any issues…..
I just want to say I don’t think this is true. I play on wired internet and I still crash every hour. Please stop blaming us for your game that does not work.
Any updates here EA? Game still unplayable. Also xbox connection says zero packet loss, so how do we fix this as it's now too late for a refund
Mine keeps saying EA servers are currently down but when I look up the servers it says everything is good. I’ve restarted the Xbox and also my modem still says the same thing
