Update on ranked cards?

Has there been any update given on the ranked cards we are missing or when we're going to be given our card or reimbursed for our time. Once again the banner system is awful, made me lose out on top 100 when I had top 85 sr. I know that it is a day that ends in y so you guys are probably out of the office.
