Why is EA so evil and has the worst customer service ever

I I pre-purchase Madden 27 deluxe version on August 9th to pre play and get the extra content since I bought this game I have got nothing but hell I have had nothing but problems and I have been begging EA for over a month since the game dropped to please help me fix the problem with my game and reimburse me and they have done nothing every event on the game you receive premium rewards for every level achieved and since the beginning for every event and every level every reward has been locked out and I have premium pass and I have been double charged for it already I have spent hours that probably equal up today's speaking to people on the EA site trying to gey help and they do nothing they only give you bots that do not accomplish anything anybody from EA that sees this please seek out my profile my gamertag and please have your team work on fixing my game and reimbursing me for all of my rewards that I have not received starting with the first event to the last event from season 1 until now it is the right thing to do I am owed please stop playing games and do your job if I did not love this game so much I would boycott it and push for the entire world to do the same I am a loyal customer and I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with you please fix my game and give me my rewards
