Mass Effect legendary edition ME1 fps drop makes it unplayable

Hello,

i have a problem with ME1 from the legendary edition. As soon as it starts the game i have frame rate drops to 1 and its literally unplayable. I cant even move 1 step because of the lag. I can play ME2 and 3 just fine so its only with 1. 

My computer is more than capable to play all games with an RTX 2070 super and so on

What i already tried:

V-sync off: didnt work

Shadows off: didnt work

anti aliasing off: didnt work

windowed mode and lower graphic settings :didnt work

disabling every possible overlay: didnt work

unplugging every peripheral including headset: didnt work

turning off one monitor: didnt work
