You dont own the Game | Mass Effect 3
I already played 1 Playtrough Mass Effect 3 Singleplayer, and many hours of Multiplayer.
Today I had to reinstall the Game, after some break with other Games (had deinstall to get some space on my SSD in the Past)
Now, the EA APP constantly telling me I don't own the Game, or maybe I'm logged in with the wrong Account.
In the first screenshot I attached, you see the Error Message, that tells me, I don't own the game.
And on closer look, it said "you are logged in as:" without any Account Name (Bug?)
On the second screenshot, you see my Library, telling I own the standard version, and have my 160h.
So before you list some possibility solutions, we can exclude wrong account.
I also can exclude Steam, it was a usual game key I bought a few years back for Origin (2018 or 2019 iirc)
And I don't use any EA Play Subscription yet. All my Games I bought as keys.
Thanks for any Advice on this Bug.
I already read in an old post that clear the cache can fix this, but that helped not, tried 3–4 Times, and the App still give me this Error.
I try to send a direct Message to the Support later, atm the not reachable (probably cause the timezone)

Edit: Problem solved, had contact with the Support, deleting the dlf files inside C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License, solved my Problem!
I let this stay here, if someone have the same!
