Your maxed out at xp level 100 and overall 99 that's it, your there. You still can earn sp after 100, it just doesn't increase the level. However there's still a goal amount of xp you gotta get to earn SP. Someone said like every 7000 XP after you get to level 100 to get a skill point.
Some builds I had before, became 99, maxed out icon and stats, still had like 10 points extra to spend. You can use the extra xp skill to do the 2nd icon path or to create a 2nd player and fast foward to level 50 and apply extra skill points there.
when you make a new character and go to the rise it will be an option Play the Rise Skip the Rise Fast Froward to 50
Actually, it happens due to editing in lobbies etc. Always edit in edit menu. This is a bug. Also do skills first complete then work on your icon separate because of a bug when you do them both you won't reach level 99.
As for low 3 points rating I don't see 3 pointers in your skill set. I see mid range shots. You must have choosen a player build and icon path to give you 3 points skill on your 6 main skills. You can still get 3 points on your traits by getting them in game and opening that trait from bronze, silver, and gold. To do this you have to accomplish the required task for that trait. They have open 3, corner 3 and way back. The good news is the more 3 pointers you can make the more it will count to the progression of the trait and the more likely you'll get them in. Also might need your icon bar full in game and the stacks full 3 little dots depending if you have them to have the best timing or chance of getting 3 points in without a brick. It's no longer making the mark to the very top but, it can still go in if your lucky.
What you wanted was to hit 3 points like a God but it should have been in your skill set as well as your traits to be gifted. You can still change your icon path and see if the other Icon path you have changes your skills to 3 pointers.
Try a 2nd icon path or since you at level 100 xp make another player with builds to perform 3 pointers natively. Your won't have to start from new player since it allows to fast forward 2nd character to level 50 allowing you to upgrade to level 86 with silver then 99 with gold traits.

- Ok. Thanks for clearing some things up. Now upon reviewing my alternate icons for the same slasher build in the edit menu as you said I see that my beast mode (WestBrook) icon has decreased to 97 ovr! Is this Normal It used to say 99ovr with gold traits equipped now I'm a 97ovr for this icon is this the bug your referring to? How can I fix it? Am I stuck?
From what I gathered this is bug also. Only 1 player icon might reach 99 overall but the other might be less. Don't upgrade both the skills and icon path at the same time cuz this might glitch you out. Also don't editing your traits through lobby when the game pops up that you have a trait upgrade or Skill or icon upgrade. Instead go manually to edit character and go to that particular section to upgrade and then back out so you see the saving icon.
It's a bit of a smorgasbord I don't know what to tell you to not have a problem. Do only skills first, then icon path. Don't do it from lobby.
I personally dont think that your 2nd icon can reach 99. You can keep playing and earn additional skill points once at xp of 100. Someone said like every 7000 XP after you get to level 100 to get a skill point that you can use on alternative icon or new player but, once you max at xp of 100 that's it for your overall with gold traits of course.
Make sure your traits are gold and change some of them to see if it changes your overall xp.

I think this is a limitation on the math with EA. Not enough skill points to evenly max you out to overall 99 before you reach xp level of 100. There a slew of bugs with overall. Im stuck at 98 overall instead of 99 and max out at 100xp due to a bug of playing demo and keeping my character in final release, visual bug or my player build can only reach 98.
There all sorts of pitfalls to not make your player reach overall 99. You might have your 1st icon at 99 but your 2nd icon 97 or visa versa. You might have you first player made at 99 but your fast foward player 2nd player at 97 with all gold traits or your 1st player at 97 all gold traits but your fast foward 2nd player at 99 all gold but not have enough skill points or already maxed your xp at 100 to get your icon maxed. There as been a lot of these examples of mishaps or intented senarios from nba live 2019.
