All star edition content not showing up

I'm in ps4 and had game since back in September 2018 my icon for the game changed over to the all star but no such rewards including 5 ultimate teams packs. I think it just changed the name of the game but you still have to play to win to get those rewards. Don't know for sure but I do have all star jersey I won from before or purchased from in game live store.

I don't do ultimate teams but loaded out of curiosity to see if I would get those rewards automatically since my game icon is not the original from 2018 that was red and had that big dude in white. I now have a all star icon for the game in my xmb and library of ps4 but no I did not get any 5 Allstars for ultimate teams. I have only these 58 and 60 players and I lol. I guess you have to play to be payed. Not bad since 2k you have pay to play.

Checked and it was supposed to be free and get a loot crate from starting the game but I never got mine.

Maybe I did get them but don't see those ultimate team legends. Maybe cuz I don't play that mode.
