Alway crashing five minutes

So I decided to download NBA Live 19 on my  Xbox with ea play a month ago. I also have the disc. The game always seems to crash when it’s updating on the menu screen. Then I lunch it again everything is fine but it seem to crash every five minutes and I don’t what to do I’ve already tried to report a bug that did not work and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps on Xbox. Is anyone also having the same problem.

    Hi, @sekousb 

    Sorry to hear about the crashing! First, let's start with the basics. Have you tried a power cycle before launching the game again or re-installed the game from your library?

    How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Hey I need Help My NBA Live 19 On my Xbox One S doesn't seem to work after 5 mins. I timed it as well it force closes exactly at 5 mins & 14 secs . I Cleaned out my Xbox , I even deleted the game & downloaded it back over 5 times . Please Help me I wanna play with my Friends

    I’m having the same problem on my Xbox one x I thought it was just because i was in the insider program for xbox but i try deleting the game and installing the game again and updating my console and it’s still crashing every 5 minutes I could just be sitting at the main menu and it will crash still it’s annoying

    Tried completely everything but crashes no matter what. I’ve did a hard system reset, I’ve deleted and downloaded the game many times, deleted save data, and many other things but there no fix😢

    Same with me here I’ve owned NBA Live 19 for about almost a year now and this issue has never happened to me until Live 19 has gone onto gamepass.


    I’ve tried Hard Reseting My Xbox: Fail

    I’ve tried reinstalling the game: Fail

    I even put in my NBA Live 19 Disc in so it doesn’t install the digital version: Fail

    I honestly don’t know what is happening with EA right now but this needs to be fixed immediately. If somebody has a fix for this please help it would be very helpful. Thanks!

    I did everything every single thing to try to fix it but nothing it's happening to so many people yet nobody knows nothing about it I've been dying to play again to be greeted with crashing every second
