Cannot redownload nba live 19 ps4

I have recently downloaded NBA live 19 off ea access and I was playing it fine until last night the game had a padlock, when I clicked on it it said I Dont have the license for the game. Playstation suggested I should restore my licenses and try again but that didn't work. I deleted the game and then tried to redownload it but it said I already own the game even though it isn't in my library to redownload.

    @MARKAW2001 Yea same story , now they say we should upload it to online storage I’ve down that and it doesn’t work either, my ps is update to date with updates too. It sucks I wish EA fix the issue soon

    Were you able to unlock NBA Live 19? This was likely related to a brief technical hiccup but should be available again.
