This happened in 2023 too and they fixed it

we have to go to live chat and let them know

https://help.ea.com/en/help-top-issues/?product=nba-live-19

We have to keep trying and chat live with ea support about this issue

It’s getting ridiculous at this point, they just shut down NBA Live 18 in November and gave a warning, then just a few months later shut down live 19 servers with no warning, doesn’t make any sense. I’ve done multiple help tickets with no response and can’t find a single way to contact EA via email or phone, just AI chat bots. Really disrespectful to the whole community.

I am writing to bring attention once again to the ongoing issue with MMSE, which appears to be originating from the EA server. It has now been two weeks without resolution, and many players are feeling increasingly frustrated.

We kindly ask EA to provide an official announcement or at least improve communication regarding this matter. Transparency would go a long way in keeping the community informed and reassured.

There is growing discussion on Reddit and other social media platforms, showing that this issue is affecting a significant number of players. This is a beautiful game with a dedicated fan base—please take action and help us continue enjoying it without disruption.

Thank you for your attention and support.
