Face scan

Face scan won't load

    Hello,

    My apologies for the delayed response on this, we've had some reports from certain of our players are running into issues when attempting to transfer their game face from the companion app to their console.

    We've been looking into this, however in order to get to the bottom of the issue we need more information from you. If you are encountering this issue please get back to us with the information on the mobile device you have been using to upload your game face.

    Does not work on my galaxy s8+... been trying for 4 days now... it's just not worth the hassle anymore... so I give up

    It's no point in playing if the face scan doesn't work.. Yes I have plenty of lighting... it's saying it's having rendering issues.. how does a better camera not work?

    Doesn't work I successfully did a face scan it jus won't upload on NBA live18 maybe cuz it's a demo idk

    Face scan doesn't show in the customization portion of my game it never uploads although my app on my phone has rendered the scan? How do I upload my scan let's go EA this is a deal breaker if this doesn't work?
