Free Throw Bug, Always miss no matter what

Product: NBA LIVE 19
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which version? Full Game
Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with? In franchise mode, play now and the one
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just get a shooting foul and then you’ll see that no matter who you shoot with, you miss the free throw every time even if the slider for free throws is on 100.
What happens when the bug occurs? They miss the free throw every time and sometimes go 0-10 from the line and it’s very irritating because a few weeks ago the bug never occurred
What should be happening instead? Players with a 90 free throw should be knocking down most the shots they attempt
How severe is the bug? B - Major

The game makes the free throws impossible to make and it’s really annoying, I put the sliders all the way up and I still miss the free throw even with Curry or JJ redick.  As of right now, I’ve been turning the shooting fouls off so I don’t have to miss all the time.

  • Try not hitting the mark at the top of the shot bar meter. Be more in between where the green starts upper midway and the top of the bar. I have noticed going for the highest mark on the green meter bar will make your shot miss cuz it goes in to strong. Going a little just before the top of the bar but, where it's still green makes a swish.

It could be your player has to much strength in build and you don't need so much power. Or it could be that EA is more forgiving and you don't always have to reach the top of the bar to make it go in.

This happens to me as a Rim Protector. I can make 3 pointers but, I notice that if I release at the very top of the bar it goes at the hoop too strong. When I take a foul, I will adjust the shot bar meter release just before the top green but more than middle sometimes. This goes in better andI get a beautiful swish and even if I bounces at the rim has a better chance of going in. Start at 100% and go down 5% from the top of the shot bar meter and adjust 5% until you find out what your sweet spot is. Look at the top of meter and practice in game to release just before the top. That what I do.

It's frustrating but these are things you have to figure out. You would think the highest peak of the shot meter would be the golden spot but after I adapted, can I make foul shots and three pointers more consistently.
